For cancellations from midnight 1 week prior to the stay until 3 days before the stay, the customer will be charged 20% of the accommodation fee.
For cancellations from midnight of 3 days before the stay until the day before the stay, the customer will be charged 50% of the accommodation fee.
For cancellations from midnight of the day before the stay, the customer will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
Example:
For a stay on September 8th:
If canceled from September 1st at midnight until September 4th at 11:59:59 PM, the customer will be charged 20% of the accommodation fee.
In the case of a cancellation from midnight of September 5th onwards until 11:59:59 PM on September 6th, the customer will be charged 50% of the accommodation fee.
In the case of a cancellation from midnight of September 7th onwards, the customer will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
